I need to track my passport application tracker, and luckily, passport tracking services are available in the UK, where I can easily track my passport through the passport tracking system. How to Track your UK passport application and use the track passport application application. If you have applied online for your British passport then you can now track your passport online. Note that it will require you to wait 3 weeks from when you posted your documents and you will require certain information from your form.

Track your UK passport application

If you have applied for a passport online or renewed your passport then you can now track your passport renewal online. You will need to log into the Passport Application Centre to start the process. Depending on how you applied for the passport there are different methods to track your British passport online. You can use the links below to “track my passport” application online. If you applied with a filled in paper form

If you applied for your passport in paper form then you need to track your passport online visa the Passport Application Track online.

You need to give your name, address, email and either the:

  • 10-digit barcode number from your application form
  • 9-digit number on your receipt if you applied at the Post Office

You’ll get an email telling you the status of your application. The passport application tracker will do this for you.

If you applied for your passport online with a digital photo

You can track your application immediately if you applied online and your application reference begins with ‘PEX’. Additionally you can find your passport application reference in the confirmation email. You can only use this service if your reference begins with PEX or POD. Likewise the application reference could be for example PEX 123 456 7890.

You applied at the Post Office using the Digital Check and Send service

After applying at a Post Office branch for your passport you can also check the track your application. This is for those people who used the passport service as the Post Office as they took your photo and you application begins with ‘POD’. There are the two applications references.
